Monthly Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping is the process of recording a company’s finances. I organize all of your finances into categories. Most all businesses are required to do bookkeeping by the IRS.
Reconciliations
At the end of the month, I check the company’s records against various third-party sources (like the bank and credit card statements). There are two reasons for this. One is to make sure everything is recorded correctly in your books. The other is to verify that there aren’t unlawful charges on the statement. The reconciliations are a sort of key to check our numbers against.
Statements
I will provide monthly financial reports so that you can see the progress as change is implemented. I will also share suggestions and key points with the reports so that you can easily see what you need to know.

Service Based Businesses
If you have a business in the service industry, such as a salon or repair company, we would be a great fit. This would be any business that sells a service, rather than a good. We are not currently taking on businesses that require a great deal of inventory tracking.
Aspiring Owners
As a business owner, you have many financial decisions to make. If you aspire to make the best decisions for your business by truly caring about what your finances have to tell you, then we’ll work well together.
Investing in quality
You want to be valued for your work. So do I. The only businesses I work with are ones that are willing to pay for my services. And I realize that’s an investment and it’s not cheap. But it will be worth it.

Nitty Gritty
Diving deep into individual jobs or products can really help to see if we have the correct prices and are truly profitable. We can even provide weekly reporting to monitor changes and plan our immediate goals. This level of support is best for intensive repair or focused growth.

Having bookkeeping done for you gets all your numbers clearly laid out. Having the bookkeeper who has been combing over those numbers giving you real-time advice on what to expect and what to pick makes you a savvy business owner!
I do not offer taxes at this time. However, I am happy to answer any questions regarding my bookkeeping that your CPA or tax preparer may have during tax season…or any time! I will seek to work with your tax preparer to make tax time as simple as possible.
